Attendance, sick bay, discipline and boarding
Everything that keeps learners safe and accounted for, recorded by the people responsible and seen only by those who need it.
Attendance
- Daily registers per class, with parents alerted when a learner is missing.
- Low attendance flagged to the administrator.
Welfare
- Sick bay visits, allergies and medical notes, seen by the nurse and those the school allows.
- Discipline incidents and follow-up, where the deputy can act on them.
- Boarding houses and beds, transport routes and the learners who ride them.
The gate
- Visitors signed in and out, and gate passes for learners leaving school.
Common questions
- Can we control what each member of staff can see?
- Yes. Staff are given duties such as head teacher, deputy, Director of Studies, bursar, nurse, librarian or security, and the school can change which permissions each duty carries.
- Does Skulink work for boarding schools?
- Yes. It keeps boarding houses and beds, sick bay visits and medical notes, gate passes and visitors, alongside everything a day school uses.
- Is our school's data private?
- Yes. Every school's records are kept apart, and every person sees only what their role allows: a teacher their classes, a parent their own children. Access is enforced on Skulink's servers, not on the phone or computer.
