Class and exam timetables
Skulink can draw up the school's class timetable for it, and keeps the exam timetable free of clashes.
Class timetable
- An automatic timetable builder that places every lesson from the subjects, teachers and lessons per week.
- Every lesson, teacher and room for the week, per class and per teacher.
- Teachers' schemes of work follow their own timetable periods.
Exam timetable
- Papers scheduled with clash checks for classes, rooms and supervisors.
- A fair weekly teachers-on-duty roster, drawn up at the start of term.
Common questions
- Can Skulink make our timetable?
- Yes. The timetable builder places every lesson from the subjects, teachers and lessons per week, and the exam timetable checks for clashes between classes, rooms and supervisors.
- Does Skulink help teachers with schemes of work and lesson plans?
- Yes. A scheme of work is drafted from the school's CBC strands or a pasted outline and laid over the teacher's own timetable periods. Lesson plans are drafted from the scheme, one lesson or a week at a time, and can be sent for review.
